Shipping and Returns
All orders over $200.00 CAD before taxes will ship for free in North America. Orders over $300.00 CAD will ship for free worldwide.
For all other orders within North America the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the location it is being shipped to. There is a flat shipping cost of $25.00 CAD for orders to the U.S.A. and Mexico, and a $60.00 CAD cost for all international orders.
All of our orders are shipped out as quickly as possible.
If for some reason, we do not have your product in stock we will contact you within 48 hours to determine a solution.
Once your order is packed up and ready you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can see where it’s at! Shipping times will vary based on your location and the time of your order.
What Shipping Service Do We Use?
We use a variety of carriers in an attempt to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most of our shipments are sent out through Canada Post but we do also use UPS, DHL, FedEx, Canpar and Puralotor on occasion.
Problem with your order?
We try our hardest to make sure that all orders are sent out quickly and accurately, but sometimes things happen! We stand behind our orders and will do our best to make sure that you are happy with what you have received.

- The product must be returned in proper condition for resale, just like it was when we sent it to you. So package it up nice and tight and send it back in the box you received it in!
- We are not responsible for the return shipping charges, that one is on you.
- Once we receive the return we will either ship out the replacement product, or issue you a refund for the amount minus the shipping cost.
Since we are human, every once in a while we make a mistake. We will do our absolute best to correct that for you!
